The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) governs the lawful processing of personal information in South Africa. This static demo is designed to minimise collection by avoiding a hidden web-form database.

What this site processes

If you use the enquiry builder, the information you enter remains in the browser until your email application opens. The website itself does not submit that information to a server.

Production deployment

If MEG later enables analytics, CRM integration, newsletter subscriptions or a hosted contact form, the production POPIA notice should be updated to identify the responsible party, processing purposes, retention practices and data-subject request process.
